Terms of Service The plain rules for working together.

Last updated: September 20, 2026. Hey Autom is operated by France Caezer Platon, doing business as Hey Autom, Davao City, Philippines (“Hey Autom”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you book a call with us or buy any build, Standalone System, add-on, or Care Plan. By paying an invoice, you agree to them.

1. What we do

We design, build, and test systems inside GoHighLevel: pages, funnels, forms, calendars, CRM, pipelines, and workflows. We are build only. We do not provide marketing strategy, advertising, SEO, social media content, or campaign copywriting, and we do not run campaigns or broadcasts for you.

No results guarantee. We do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, traffic, deliverability, or carrier approval. Those depend on your offer, your audience, your marketing, and third parties. What we commit to is a tested build that matches the build map you approved.

2. Scope and the build map

Before building, we send you a build map listing the pages, forms, calendars, pipelines, and workflows we will build. Your written approval of the build map sets the scope. Anything not on it is outside scope. Changes after approval are quoted as change requests ($75 each for small changes, larger changes quoted in hours at $75 an hour).

3. Payment

• Builds, Standalone Systems, and add-ons are paid in full, up front, by invoice. Work starts once payment clears.
• We invoice in US dollars. Payment is by bank transfer or the method named on your invoice. Any transfer or conversion fees on your side are yours.
• Care Plans are billed in advance each month (or year, for the yearly Platform Care Plan).
• Usage inside GoHighLevel and fees charged by carriers and other providers, such as texts, calls, phone numbers, texting registration, and email sending, are billed at cost or paid by you directly. They are not included in our prices.

4. No refunds

All payments are non-refundable. If something we built does not match your approved build map, tell us within 14 days of handoff and we will fix it at no charge. This is our remedy in place of a refund.

5. What you provide

• Your offer, page copy, images, logos, and the text of every email and text message we set up. You approve all messaging before it goes live and you are responsible for its content.
• Connections to third-party accounts you own (for example Stripe, Google, Facebook, or your domain registrar), made from your own logins.
• Accurate business details for texting registration and email sending, entered or confirmed by you.
• Consent. You confirm that everyone you import, text, or email has given you permission to be contacted, and that your use of the system follows the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam, texting, and privacy laws.

If you go quiet for 30 days or more during a build, we pause it. Restarting a paused build costs $100.

6. Your sub-account and the Platform Care Plan

Your system is built in a GoHighLevel sub-account under the Hey Autom agency account, with your own logins. Every hosted build requires an active Platform Care Plan ($97 a month or $970 a year), which covers the sub-account and keeps your website running.

If a Care Plan payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause your sub-account. While paused, you can pay and resume, or ask to leave. If you leave, we can provide an export of the system we built (a GoHighLevel snapshot) or help you move to your own GoHighLevel account, for a fee we quote at the time. Your contacts remain yours and can be exported as a CSV.

7. Care Plans

Care Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel by emailing [email protected] before your next billing date. The Funnel Care Plan has a 3-month minimum, and unused monthly builds do not roll over. Yearly plans are not refunded for unused months. Cancelling the Platform Care Plan ends hosting of your sub-account under section 6.

8. Ownership

Your content, your contacts, and your data are yours. Once paid in full, the pages and workflows we built for you are yours to use. We keep the right to reuse our general methods, templates, and know-how, without your content or data.

9. Third-party platforms

Your system runs on GoHighLevel and other third-party services we do not control. Their outages, price changes, feature changes, or account decisions are outside our responsibility. Hey Autom is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel, Inc.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version in force when you pay an invoice applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Questions: [email protected].
