Last updated: September 20, 2026. Hey Autom is operated by France Caezer Platon, doing business as Hey Autom, Davao City, Philippines (“Hey Autom”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect on heyautom.com and when you work with us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, email, phone number, business name, website, business type, and anything you write in our forms, bookings, or emails.
• Booking details: the time you pick for a call and your time zone.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address, device, and pages visited, which our website platform may record and may use cookies for.

How we use it

• To reply to you, run your System Audit call, and send booking confirmations and reminders.
• To quote, invoice, build, and support your system if you become a client.
• To send you our newsletter, only if you sign up for it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your information. We do not send you text messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can reply STOP at any time.

Who processes it

Our website, forms, calendar, and CRM run on GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.), and our email runs on Google Workspace. They store data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We share information with anyone else only if the law requires it.

Client data

When we build your system, we work with contacts and data inside your sub-account only to build, test, and support it. That data belongs to you, and you are responsible for having permission to collect and contact it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet tax and legal obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop receiving emails, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
